Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Once your order has been produced and packed, you’ll receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Multiple Packages

If you ordered more than one item (for example, a hoodie and a book), your products may arrive in separate packages.
Each item is shipped as soon as it’s ready to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@booksbyrellbands.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours after being placed. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
